Procedures And Work Control Phases

Design Phase

Design Phase

During the design phase, the following points are taken into consideration and accommodated for:

1. Develop design in a manner that assures across-the-board quality, and supports efficient design review and approval process.

2. Adopt three-dimensional design method, provide drawings for pipe and cable, and provide detailed wiring drawings for electric and control system.

3. Incorporate the stipulations in the contract in the scope of the design.

4. Designs will accommodate for optimum execution of machining works, favoring machining in factories over machining at site when possible.

5. Improve design intensity by provide detailed description of system design.

6. Provide design clarification, discussion and coordination with the Client and implement the construction with mastery of th e drawings.

Design Phase

Quality and conformity with specifications of equipment and material is strictly assured through the following steps and measures:

1. The procurement process accurately reflects clients requirements.

2. Adequate reviews and approvals are received prior to procurement to insure conformity with
project objectives.

3. Request manufacturers to provide precise and detailed documentations for all equipments and materials.

4. Mark every machine and equipment including its components with an exclusive identification code.

5. Supervise and inspect the products through the period until delivery.

6. Increase the portion of complete processing and assembly at factory.

7. Provide operation and installation documentation and training.

8. Check and validate configuration of setting before equipment leaves factory.

Further to the procurements measures described above, the following
actions will control the procurement process:

- Inspection at the Factories (FAT).
- Non Conformance and corrective actions.

Commissioning Phase
The final phase during which the TOC (Take Over Certificate), PAC (Primary Acceptance Certificate), and FAC (Final Acceptance Certificate) are issued:

1. Commissioning, test and trial run
2. Taking-over of component, unit or system
